Switching

Switch your app links to Jumper.to

Move every app link in one sitting. Make your new Jumper.to links in one batch. Next, let ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini swap them into your posts with a prompt the guide writes for you. Finally, tap each one on a phone. Pick the service you are leaving below.

In one paragraph

Switching to Jumper.to takes one sitting: make one Jumper.to link for each old link in one batch, then paste old and new links into the guide’s form, which builds a prompt that ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini uses to swap the links in your YouTube descriptions, bios and posts. Your first 3 links are free, then $2 a link a year, or 10 for $10. The guide itself is free and sends nothing anywhere.

Pick the service you are leaving

Each guide covers how to get your old links out of that service, what to do with printed QR codes, and the prompt.

At a glance

The short version of each guide’s “Before you start”.

The four services at a glanceWhat the old links look like, how to get the list out, and what you gain by switching.

Each guide cites the service’s own help pages for these facts.

The same three steps for every service

  1. Make your new links. One Jumper.to link for each old link, for the same channel. “Pick channels” on your app’s page creates them all in one go.
  2. Swap them in. Paste old and new links into the form in each guide. It builds one prompt that rewrites your YouTube descriptions, bios and posts with the new links and changes nothing else.
  3. Check. Tap each new link on a phone, scan any new QR code, and watch the taps arrive on each link’s stats.

What the prompt does

You paste your old links and your new ones, or the CSV file of your new Jumper.to links. The form shows the old → new table and warns about any line it cannot match, instead of guessing. Then it writes one prompt with the table and strict rules: replace only links that exactly match an old link, keep every other character, never invent or shorten a link, and list any old-looking link that is not in the table. The AI answers with the rewritten text and a list of what changed.

The prompt, word for word

This is the prompt each guide’s form builds, with the parts you fill in shown in square brackets. If the form doesn’t load, copy this template, fill in the brackets and one table row per link, and paste it into your AI assistant. Then paste your first text after it, send, and copy the rewritten text back.

I am replacing the app download links in my posts. My app is [your app’s name]. Its old links are on [the service you are leaving]; the new ones are Jumper.to links.

I will paste texts from [where your links are posted], one at a time. Rewrite each text with the new links.

Old and new links:

| # | Old link | New link |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | [old link 1] | [new link 1] |
| 2 | [old link 2] | [new link 2] |

Rules:
1. Replace a link only when it is exactly the same as an old link in the table, character for character. Put the new link from the same row in its place.
2. Keep every other character exactly as it is: words, spelling, line breaks, spaces, emoji, hashtags, timestamps and every other link.
3. Never invent, shorten, lengthen or correct a link. Use each new link exactly as written in the table, with nothing added to it.
4. Links stay plain web addresses. Never turn them into Markdown links like [text](url), and never add quotation marks around them.
5. A period, comma, closing bracket or other punctuation right after a link is not part of the link. Match the link without it, and keep the punctuation where it was.
6. If you find a link that looks like an old one (for example on [its link domain, such as page.link, onelink.to, app.link or bit.ly] or my own link domain) but is not exactly in the table, do not change it. List it under “Not changed” instead.
7. If the text has none of the old links, say so and give the text back unchanged.

Answer in this format:
1. The whole rewritten text in one plain-text code block, so line breaks, # and * stay exactly as they are.
2. “Changed”: one line per replacement, old link → new link, with how many times it was replaced.
3. “Not changed”: every old-looking link you left alone, or “None”.

Paste your first description below.

Send one text at a time and read the list of changes before you save. Start a new chat for the next batch.

What stays in your hands

You stay in control. Nothing signs in to YouTube or Instagram, and nothing touches your account at the old service. You check every rewritten text before you save it.

Make your new links

Paste your App Store or Google Play link to start.

  • Your first 3 links are free, every year.
  • Nothing to install in your app
  • No credit card

Questions

Which services have a guide?

Firebase Dynamic Links, OneLink.to, Branch and Bitly links that point at a store. The steps work for any other link service too: list the old links and use any of the guides.

Does Jumper.to import my old links?

No. You make new Jumper.to links, one per channel, in one batch. The guide then helps you swap them into your posts. Nothing changes in your account at the other service.

Can the AI break my descriptions?

The prompt tells it to change only links that exactly match your table and to keep every other character. The AI returns a list of every change, so you check it before you save.

Is anything I paste sent to Jumper.to?

No. The form builds the prompt in your browser, and nothing is sent or stored. What you paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini is between you and that service.

What does it cost?

The guides are free. Your first 3 links are free, every year. After that, a link costs $2 a year, 10 for $10, or 100 for $20.
