App link tools compared: prices and features

Last updated

A dated table of the tools people weigh when they need a link for their app: store link tools, deep-linking platforms and attribution platforms. For 10 links for a year, Jumper.to costs $10; the other tools priced by links cost from $49 to $468. Every fact shows when we checked it, and “How to choose” below starts from what you need, not from us.

The master table

Scroll the table sideways if it does not fit. A product’s full page has the yearly cost for 1, 3, 10 and 50 links and all 13 features.

Every tool at a glance

15 products. Each name links to its full comparison. Prices as each company publishes them; the last column lists the days we checked.

What the columns mean

The technical columns, in a sentence each.

  • Code to add to your app (SDK): an SDK is a code library your developer adds to the app and ships in a new version.
  • Deferred deep links: after someone installs the app from a link, the app opens on a chosen screen instead of its start screen.
  • Channel tagging for App Store Connect and Google Play: the stores count installs per campaign when the link passes a tag: Apple’s ct and pt, Google Play’s utm_* referrer.

How to choose: you only need store links

You want one link and QR code that opens the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android, with nothing to add to your app. That is a store link tool. They differ mostly in how they charge: per link, per click or per plan, and in what happens inside Instagram and TikTok.

Store link tools in this table: Jumper.to, OneLink.to, Dub, URLgenius, Appy, AppIn, 1LINK.IO and appqr.io.

How to choose: you want installs per campaign

You want App Store Connect and Google Play to tell you which campaign brought installs. The link has to pass a tag to each store: Apple’s ct and pt, and Google Play’s utm_* referrer.

Jumper.to does this on every install link. Others where we found it: AppIn and 1LINK.IO.

How to choose: you need deferred deep links

You want the app to open on a chosen screen after someone installs it from a link: an invite, a product, a referral. That needs code in your app, so it is the job of a deep-linking platform. Jumper.to does not do it.

Deep-linking and attribution platforms in this table: Branch, AppsFlyer OneLink, Linkrunner, ChottuLink, Smler and Detour. Some store link tools add it on a higher plan: Dub, URLgenius, Appy and appqr.io.

How to choose: you need full attribution

You pay for ads and need every install matched to the ad network and campaign that caused it, with reports back to the networks. That is a mobile measurement platform (MMP). Jumper.to is not one.

MMPs in this table: AppsFlyer OneLink and Linkrunner.

Firebase Dynamic Links

Shut down on 25 August 2025; Google says its links return an HTTP 404 (checked 24 Oct 2026). If your app still uses it, see what to use for each job it did.

How to use this comparison

  1. Start from your need. Store links only, installs per campaign, deferred deep links or full attribution: the four sections above name the tools for each.
  2. Check the price model. Per link, per click, per install or per app user. A per-click or per-user price grows with your success; a per-link price does not.
  3. Read the product’s page. Each page has the yearly cost for 1, 3, 10 and 50 links, all 13 features, when to choose it and how to switch.
  4. Try before you decide. Most tools have a free plan. Make one link in each and open it on an iPhone, an Android phone and a computer.

Where the numbers come from

Every price and feature was read on the company’s own pages, or in the research we cite, on the dates in the table. Jumper.to’s own facts describe the product as built on 31 October 2026. We show no logos, ratings or testimonials. Names identify the compared services only.

Questions

Which app link tool is cheapest for 10 links?

Of the tools that price by links in US dollars, Jumper.to costs $10 for a year and the others range from $49 (appqr.io) to $468 (Branch), as published on the dates in the table. Tools priced by clicks, installs or app users are not compared on a link count.

Which tools need an SDK in my app?

The deep-linking and attribution platforms do: Branch, AppsFlyer OneLink, Linkrunner, ChottuLink, Smler and Detour. Tools we found that need none: Jumper.to, OneLink.to, Dub, URLgenius, Appy and AppIn.

Is Firebase Dynamic Links still available?

No. Google stopped it on 25 August 2025. Our Firebase Dynamic Links page explains what to use for each thing it did.

Why do some cells say “Not compared here”?

Because we found no fact we could check for that product. It does not mean the feature is missing. We would rather leave a cell open than guess.

How often do you check the facts?

Every fact shows the day it was read. We re-check before we change a page and fix a fact and its date together. Corrections are welcome at hello@jumper.to.

Is this comparison neutral?

It is our page and Jumper.to is in the table. That is why every fact is dated and labelled, and why each comparison says when the other product is the better choice.
