Dub vs Jumper.to

Last updated

Dub is a link platform for all kinds of links. Open source; deep links sit next to its main product for partner and affiliate programs (checked 24 Oct 2026). Jumper.to is a store link tool: one link and QR code that opens the right app store on every phone, with nothing to add to your app. For 10 links for a year, Jumper.to costs $10 and Dub costs $360 (as published, checked 24 October 2026). Choose Dub for custom domains, partner programs and an open-source platform; choose Jumper.to for app store links on the free plan and campaign tags for both stores.

What the rows mean

Some rows use technical words. Here is each one in a sentence.

  • What you pay for: what makes the bill grow: links, clicks, installs or app users.
  • Code to add to your app (SDK): an SDK is a code library your developer adds to the app and ships in a new version.
  • Deferred deep links: after someone installs the app from a link, the app opens on a chosen screen instead of its start screen.
  • Stores it sends people to: where the link sends each phone: the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, and so on.
  • Inside Instagram and TikTok: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook open links in their own small browser, which often cannot open the App Store.
  • Channel tagging for App Store Connect and Google Play: the stores count installs per campaign when the link passes a tag: Apple’s ct and pt, Google Play’s utm_* referrer.
  • Your own domain: links on a domain you own, such as go.yourapp.com.
  • API: a way for your own software to read or create links without the dashboard.
  • MCP server for AI agents: a connection AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can use to work with your links.

Choose Dub if…

Dub does some things Jumper.to does not. It is the better choice when:

  • You want your own domains, even on the free plan: 3 custom domains, also on the free plan (checked 24 Oct 2026).
  • You run a partner or affiliate program, or want an open-source platform: Open source; deep links sit next to its main product for partner and affiliate programs (checked 24 Oct 2026).
  • You want deferred deep links without a full SDK. Dub: Yes, from Pro (checked 24 Oct 2026). SDK: No (apps call /track/open); iOS SDK in beta (checked 24 Oct 2026).

Choose Jumper.to if…

Jumper.to is built for one job: getting people from a link to your app in the right store. It is the better choice when:

  • You want store routing from the first link. Dub: iOS and Android destinations (device targeting) on Pro and up (checked 24 Oct 2026). Jumper.to: on every link, also the free ones.
  • You want App Store Connect and Google Play to count installs per channel: Yes: Apple ct and pt, Google Play utm_* referrer, one link per channel.
  • You want a flat yearly price per link: $2 a link a year; 10 links $10; 100 links $20. Links only; taps are unlimited. What Dub charges for: New links and tracked events (checked 24 Oct 2026).
  • You want a landing page, a privacy policy page and a terms page for your app on the same short domain, written as plain text.

Switch from Dub in 10 minutes

  1. List your links. Open Dub and write down every link you use and where it points: the App Store page, the Google Play page and the website. If Dub offers an export, use it.
  2. Paste the store links. Paste each app’s App Store or Google Play link at app.oxi.cc/new. Jumper.to reads the app’s name and icon. Save with your email address and the link is live on oxi.cc.
  3. Set your channels. On the app’s page, add one install link per channel (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, a poster) with the campaign names you used before. App Store Connect and Google Play then count installs for each.
  4. Replace the links. Swap the old links in your bio, website, emails, ads and anywhere your app is shared.
  5. Reprint QR codes once. Printed QR codes that point at Dub’s domain keep going there. Reprint them once with the Jumper.to QR code; after that you can change where it goes without reprinting.
  6. Keep the old domain redirecting. If your old links run on a domain you own, keep it and redirect each old address to its new Jumper.to link with your web host’s redirect rules. Keep your Dub account until the old links get no more taps.

Try both

Scan the demo QR code on our home page, oxi.cc/gajrhrk, with your phone: an iPhone opens the App Store, an Android phone opens Google Play, and a computer shows the app’s landing page. Then open your Dub link on the same phones and compare what people see.
