Refunds and blocks
Last updated
Draft for review. This text has not been checked by a lawyer yet and may change before launch.
During the launch nobody pays for Jumper links, so there is nothing to refund yet. These are the rules that will apply once payments start, and what happens to a link in each case today.
| Situation | What happens to the link | Money |
|---|---|---|
| Link or page refused when you create it (our screening finds a problem) | It never goes live and does not use up a link. | Nothing to refund. If every link of an account’s very first purchase is refused, we refund the purchase in full on request within 30 days. |
| Link accepted, later blocked for reasonable cause (acceptable-use violation, a report we uphold, a legal order) | Disabled; we email you the reason and a link to appeal. | No refund; the link’s paid time is forfeited. |
| Block overturned on appeal | Restored as it was; its term is extended by the time it was down. | No charge. |
| You do not renew | 14 days of grace, then an “expired” page; you can renew for 12 months. | No refund of the running year; no further charges. |
| We discontinue Jumper | At least 90 days’ notice by email, an export of your links, and every link keeps working during the notice period. | Pro-rata refund of unused paid time. |
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
When payments start, buying links will be a contract for a digital service that starts right away. At checkout you will be asked to agree that the service starts at once and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once a link is live. Without that agreement, the normal 14-day withdrawal right applies.
